How to access inventory in Escape From Tarkov? ›

On the third floor check the duty room (which opens with RB-OB Key).

When looting some places like desks or other players' dead bodies, you'll notice that the items might appear hidden. This is because you need to press “Searching” on the top menu and your character will start identifying the items.

Before this time runs out, you need to survive and escape using a specific spot in order to survive the Raid and get back to your base. Those specific spots are called extraction points. You'll get a few options when starting a Raid (check them by pressing O twice), and you'll have to choose one to use.

If you have unknown, greyed-out items in a container, your inventory, your stash, or even a trader's inventory, you can quickly examine and reveal those items by clicking on them with the middle mouse button. Finally, you can hover over an item you don't want and press delete to discard.

Inventory and Stash Management

You can quickly move the items to your inventory by hovering the mouse over the item you want to get and pressing “LMB” + “LCtrl”. To quickly equip an item to your character press the “LMB” + “LAlt” keys and the item will be equipped to the free slot corresponding to this item.

Access your hideout. Select Stash on the left side of the screen.

Usage. To open and close the console, press ~ / Ö / Ø or check your control options. ESC also closes it. It features commands with and without arguments, basic auto-complete via the arrow and TAB keys, as well as command groups separated by a dot.
